I messed up pay method. They readily cancelled and refunded my money. I reordered correctly. Got my recorday in a timely fashion. Bottom line,? I screwed up....they understood....they corrected....I reordered. I got their product. Bottom line? Understandable , honest and prompt. A real credit to our computerized way of living.

I love this planner and have used one every year for a few decades. It is the most efficient way to easily record appointments and other important dates and have them at my finger tips when I am out or at home. I keep each year's calendar in a box and this has proven very helpful at times to quickly check the date on a past event/appointment. Please continue to make these as I'd be lost without them!
