Scotch Create 019-CFT Permanent Glue Pen, Clear Glue, Dual Tip, 1.6 oz. 3M Scotch Create Permanent Glue Pen is non-toxic and photo safe. Works on paper, photos, foam core, poster board, card stock and cardboard. Wide and fine point tips handle a full range of application needs. Precision applicator tip minimizes mess. Sets in 5 minutes when applied in a thin uniform coat. Dries clear. There is a blue seal under the broad tip sponge applicator that must be removed prior to use. To remove the seal, simply unscrew the broad tip applicator and pull out the seal. Securely tighten caps when not in use.
